Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory is a one-hour full HIIT body workout that concentrates on training endurance, strength and power. It is heart rate based interval training that incorporates rowing, cardio and strength training to get most out of the workout. Rowing boosts endurance and power by turning on 85% of muscle mass. Based on fitness level a treadmill is used for walking, jogging or running for cardio. Weight and floor exercises increase you strength and power.

During the heart-rate based HIIT workout you will be guided through 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out. In some you will push harder for increasing heart rate in other you will pull back to recover. To activate metabolism and burn calories you must spend at least 12 minutes in the The Orange Zone.
