What is The AKT?
The AKT is a full body workout that mixes cardio dance intervals with strength training and toning exercises. Every AKT class works the full body, from all angles and in all planes of motion. New and original programming is released weekly.
The AKT provides 4 types of Signature Classes (Dance, Bands, Tone, Circuit) and on-demand workouts named GO.
The AKT Signature Classes
DANCE – Dance classes are made of choreographed dance sections and short strength intervals to burn every muscle and make sure you feel joyful after this high intensity training.

BANDS – Bands classes use a workout box and resistance bands including functional cardio and longer strength intervals to provide entire body conditioning.

TONE – Tone classes combine full body strength exercises with isolated contractions to burn out large extrinsic muscles as well as intrinsic ones. The training is followed up with a guided recovery section using foam rolling exercises.

CIRCUIT – Circuit classes are a full body circuit training. They build lean muscle mass by combining plyometric full body power exercises, with medium weight compound strength movements in 30 seconds and 15 seconds intervals.

On-Demand Workouts GO
GO is on-demand workouts service. The workouts are the AKT dance based workouts including toning exercises, interval, and circuit training.
