What Is The Fitness Blender’s 5-Day Workout Challenge?

First and foremost – this challenge will help you BURN FAT and BUILD LEAN MUSCLE! The challenge has everything you need to get the most out of your workout – weight training that boosts your metabolism, HIIT that burns fat, bodyweight cardio that boosts endurance, flexibility stretching, and plyometric and agility exercises to help you control your own body, coordination, and balance.

Here’s what you’ll need:

-Motivation and readiness for fun

-Comfy workout clothes and motivational music

-5 days in a row and 35-50 minutes per day

Exercise mats, and dumbbells (or any other kind of weight to substitute the dumbbells)
